(b) Notification: We will provide notification of the draw results as soon as they become available. Thus initiating a hunt plan packet being mailed to you. This packet will include hunt contracts, hunt dates and locations, gear lists along with helpful planning tips, (c) Prescouting: Begins immediately with notification to our guide staff as to your permit and hunting qualifications. (d) Camp Logistics: Takes place as to the camp location, and personnel needed to make your hunt a successful and enjoyable experience. (e) Communication: So that you will be able to speak with someone who can assist and answer your questions, prior to your arrival in camp.
(4) Implementation / Execution: All of the accumulated information is then interfaced into your individual hunt enabling Open Range Outfitters and its qualified staff to provide 100% effort into your hunt.
