Open Range Outfitters - Licensing Program

The first step to harvesting a Record Class animal is obtaining the appropriate tag. We at Open Range Outfitters Inc. have done extensive research in several states and come-up with the best trophy areas possible for numerous species, and we have personally hunted these areas. These states have  constant changes going on every year (fires, new hunts, fewer tags, more tags, different season dates, unit splits etc.). Our professional staff stays current on all these and other changes. The average wait for these high demand tags is 3-10 years, or more for certain hunts. So start now so you can begin to get bonus points for your future hunts. We at Open Range Outfitters would like to invite you to join our licensing program. Simply fill out the enclosed forms and submit your application.

            Select your portfolio of applications from the Licensing Pricelist (the more states you select the better your odds become) Please note that the states listed in numerical order under each species choice are ranked by quality. Remember the consulting fee is a one-time fee, once the consulting fee is paid, we will apply you until you draw that tag. If you decide to withdraw from the licensing program, you then forfeit the consulting fee for each application in your portfolio ; however, all the license and tag fees you have submitted will be refunded to you.  As these are all trophy areas and usually hard to draw, we advise you to apply for as many states per species as possible, so that you have the best chance to possibly draw one. Fill out the Licensing Application, print for your records and submit. All tag fees are fronted by Open Range Outfitters.

Contract for Licensing Application and Outfitter Services

I certify that the statements on this application are true and correct and hereby authorize any involved State Wildlife Department to make further inquiries to verify these statements. I understand the rules of eligibility for application for licenses and permits. I am eligible for the license(s) or permit(s) applied for, and I will not apply for  or have anyone else apply for any of the same license(s) or permit(s) that I have instructed Open Range Outfitters Inc. to apply for me. If I have checked the Guided space on the Licensing Pricelist sheet I understand that I am entering a contractual agreement with Open Range Outfitters Inc., and I understand that the hunt for which the tag is drawn will be guided/outfitted solely by Open Range Outfitters Inc., or I forfeit that tag to them. I also understand that I may withdraw from the Licensing program at anytime if the license and or the tag has not been applied for by Open Range Outfitters Inc., by sending them a signed written statement to withdraw from the service. I understand that the license and or tag fees will be reimbursed to me and that the consulting fee will be retained by Open Range Outfitters Inc. All application fees will be invoiced yearly.

Limited Power of Attorney With Durable Provision

TO ALL PERSONS, be it known, that the above named applicant, GRANTOR does hereby make and grant a limited power of attorney to David Willie and/or Open Range Outfitters Inc. and does thereupon constitute and appoint said individual as my attorney-in-fact and Registered Agent. My attorney-in-fact shall have limited powers and authority to do and undertake such acts as herein described on my behalf that I could do personally, with full power substitution and revocation. Granted are the powers to execute such special hunt license applications, licenses, and endorsement of such license funds. My attorney-in-fact hereby accepts this appointment subject to its terms and agrees to act and perform in said fiduciary capacity consistent with my best interests as he, in his best discretion, deems advisable, and I affirm and ratify all acts so undertaken. This power-of-attorney shall be revoked by disability of the grantor, and shall otherwise continue in full force and effect until revoked by subsequent writing.
